Standard shipping is estimated to arrive within 5–8 business days after your order has been processed. Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed.
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout. Free shipping may be available on qualifying orders, as displayed at checkout.
Once your order ships, tracking information will be sent to the email address associated with your order.
GREENLY is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather, customs, incorrect addresses provided by the customer, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Because our matcha is a consumable food product, all sales are final and we do not accept returns or exchanges.

Please include your order number and photographs of the product and packaging so that we can review the issue and assist you.
If a refund is approved, it will be issued to the original payment method. Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless otherwise required by applicable law.
