Due to the nature of our products as consumable food items, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges.

If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or there is an issue with your product, please contact us at matchamiami@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery. Please include your order number and photos of the product and packaging so we can assist you.

If your order is eligible for a refund, the refund will be issued to your original payment method.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
